Therapeutic Cupping

Cupping Massage is a form of alternative medicine in which a therapist utilizes special cups to create suction on the connective tissues and fascial layers of the body. Cups may remain stationary or moved in a dynamic massage motion. Cupping Massage is beneficial in treating many conditions, including pain, inflammation, stagnant blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Cupping at Zen can be incorporated into any Massage Therapy treatments by booking with one of our qualified RMT’s and requesting cupping upon booking.

NOTE: Not all of our RMT’s are certified in Cupping so please be sure to book with the appropriate therapist.
