PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer direct billing at this time. Payments must be made at time of treatment and a receipt will be issued for you to submit to your health care insurance provider.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Any cancellations made outside of 24hours, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a 50% charge of original booking onto your account. Please also note that your appointment will begin at it’s originally scheduled time. Should you be late, you may receive treatment for the remainder of time however will be charged the full amount of your original booking.
