PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer direct billing at this time. Payments must be made at time of treatment and a receipt will be issued for you to submit to your health care insurance provider.

Appointment Policies

Our appointment policies are strictly enforced here at Zen. We kindly ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged a fee. This allows us time to offer your booking to someone else in need.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. All appointments will begin at their originally scheduled times. Should you be late, you may receive treatment for the remainder of time however will be charged the full amount of your original booking.

Please note that email reminders are a courtesy and not guaranteed. When booking, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your appointment. Please mark your appointments down in your calendar and if you have any questions please call.

**When booking online with us you are accepting the cancellation policy. If any further clarification is needed please contact us.**

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Our policy is simple: if you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, and you haven’t notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked to your card on file. 

If you are more than 15mins late and have made no effort to contact us, your appointment will be considered a No Show and your card on file will be charged. We will no longer be calling patients as we have a 2hr text reminder in place of a phone call. 

Note: We understand that on occasion there may be circumstances that are outside of your control.  In rare cases your therapist may make an exception and adjust the missed appointment fee.

Reminders & Notifications

Reminders are a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the patient to keep track of their own bookings. We advise all patients to enter all bookings in their own calendars. In the event that technology fails, the patient is still responsible for attending their appointment time. 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A late arrival will require that we end the treatment at the scheduled time so that the rest of our appointments are not affected. You will still be billed for the length of the treatment booked.

Early Departures

In the event that you need to leave your appointment earlier than scheduled, you will still be billed for the original length of the appointment.  Exceptions are made only if you have contacted the office/your therapist at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Online Booking

At Zen we do not allow patients to book more than 1 Appointment per Day and Appointments CANNOT be booked 2 days in a row unless otherwise advised by your therapist.  Booking multiple appointments in a week to ‘hold a spot’ because you are unsure of your schedule is not permitted.  Should we find that this policy is being abused, your online booking privileges MAY be revoked.


Payment is due at time of visit. We will provide you with a receipt to be reimbursed if you have insurance but please note that we DO NOT DIRECT BILL at this time.
