Please Follow Instructions Below When Booking

  • Existing Patients will simply need to log in with their email and create a Username and Password. New Patients may proceed with creating a new account.
  • If you share an email with multiple family members we suggest creating a Username that is First Initial and Last Name. You may all have the same Password to keep it easy to remember, but USERNAMES must be unique, so we do not advise using an email address as this creates confusion between accounts.
  • PLEASE BOOK UNDER THE NAME OF THE PERSON ATTENDING THE APPOINTMENT. If you are booking for a family member, they must have an account created prior to booking. If you are booking for a child please create an account and book under their name. We will be able to link you.
  • The new software will require ALL patients to have a credit card on file for bookings. Your information is securely stored with Stripe Payment Processing and is PCI complian. We will only see the last 4 digits of the card number as well as expiry date. We will ONLY charge the card in the event of a No Show or Late Cancellation. You may choose your method of payment at time of visit. This is mandatory for ALL PATIENTS.
  • Please DO NOT book multiple appointments on the same day or multiple days in a row just to ‘hold a spot’. Doing so will result in your online booking privileges being revoked.

With your new account you will be able to:

  • Complete Intake Forms (all patients will have to update their forms prior to next visit)
  • See Upcoming Appointments and also Cancel/Reschedule any of these appointments.
  • WAIT LIST feature. With this feature you will be able to add yourself to a Wait List for a specific practitioner if you are unable to find a booking.
  • PLEASE NOTE any patients who have an outstanding balance will NOT be able to access the online booking calendar until their balance is paid in full. Please call us at 905 878 9355
