Our patient management system is making a change.

We will be shutdown from Friday September 1 to Tuesday September 5th.

We will not be taking any appointment bookings during this time.
This includes Online, Phone or In Person Bookings.

Please note we are also closed for the Labor Day Long weekend.
(With the exception of a few pre-booked appts).
